Add all ingredients besides Grassland butter to a blender or food processor. Combine til completely smooth with no lumps.
Coat a skillet with Grassland butter over medium heat. Add1/3 cup of batter from blender to griddle to create each pancake. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side until pancakes start to puff up and the edges start to harden. Once cooked, remove from heat. Repeat with remaining batter until pancake mixture is gone.
Top with blueberries, bananas, pecans, and syrup. Serve immediately.
