Butter Rum Soother
Just what the doctor ordered.
Ingredients

cups
of water
1/2
stick of Unsalted Grassland Butter
1/4
cup
of packed brown sugar
1
teaspoon
of ground cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
of freshly grated nutmeg
1/4
teaspoon
of ground cloves
1/8
teaspoon
of salt
2/3
cup
of your favorite dark rum
Instructions
Bring water, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer, whisking occasionally for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in rum.
Serve hot.
