Instructions

  • Heat 1.5 tablespoons of Grassland Grass Fed ghee on a skillet until melted and sputtering. Season scallops (front and back) with salt and ground pepper.
  • Add scallops to the skillet. Flip scallop after two minutes. Add the rest of the ghee once flipped, and allow scallop to sear for another two minutes
  • Serve scallops immediately.
