Summer Squash and Basil
Ingredients

tablespoons
Grassland butter
melted
3
medium yellow zucchini
sliced
1
large onion
peeled and cut
Salt and pepper to taste
1
small garlic clove
minced
1
tablespoon
chopped fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Brush onion and zucchini evenly with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill vegetables over medium heat, turning once, until tender, about 18 to 20 minutes. Move vegetables as needed for even cooking.
Transfer vegetables to a platter. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
