Preheat the oven to 350°.
Grease baking pan. Pour cherry pie filling into the bottom of the pan. Pour chocolate chips directly on top, covering the entirety of the pan. Do not mix.
Add chocolate cake mix directly on top. Do not mix.
Top with Grassland butter, arranging the butter pads across and down until the entire top of the mixture is covered. Do not mix!
Place the baking pan into the oven for 40-45 minutes. All butter should be melted, creating a crust.
Remove from the oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm!
